As owner of Baystate Engineering, Richard Gordon is responsible for the overall development and execution of all construction activities. He assumes total accountability for all aspects of this corporation. As president of the company, Richard is responsible for development and operations of projects including construction planning, scheduling, purchasing, cost control, safety and implementation.

Richard's professional experience in the engineering and construction industry spans from large heavy/highway transportation projects, to large building projects, and real estate development.

​

With over twenty-five years in the construction industry, Richard has served as Project Manager of Tremont Constructors where he was involved in such projects as the Deer Island Water Treatment Facility, and the Central Artery Project. He is originally from Connecticut, and is a graduate of Syracuse University.
